The Miami Bridge Shelter is a home for at-risk youth between the ages of 10-17. Miami Bridge works to rescue youth from lives of victimization and crime and provides them with structure in a stable and nurturing environment. While residing at the shelter, youth are enrolled in on site schools, receive individual and group therapy and participate in targeted, engaging programming.

The Little Lighthouseโ€™s Fit Club program is a fitness boot camp for the youth designed to provide a space where trained individuals can teach the benefits and importance of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Volunteers will assist, participate and encourage youth in the fitness classes and ensure the youth are doing the exercises properly. Volunteers will work with the youth to help set achievable, monthly goals after each program.
