This Wednesday for Fit Club Presented by LaCroix Sparkling Water, we were joined by Anny Noratto. Anny is a Yoga Teacher and the founder of AN Yoga Movement.
Anny is from Colombia, and she started her yoga journey when she was diagnosed with a chronic inflammatory disorder at a young age. Of all her treatment options, she found that yoga was the best method for treating her symptoms. Anny says that her symptoms have been “non-existent” since she began using yoga as a treatment 15 years ago. Today, she is a certified Advanced Yoga Teacher and she now works to help other people use yoga as a treatment for a variety of conditions.
Anny told us that she works with a lot of cancer patients and survivors to help alleviate their symptoms with yoga. She has said that she found spiritual, emotional, and physical healing through yoga, and she wants to show other people how to do the same. She now has AN Yoga Movement, a company that she started to spread her message and teach others the benefits of yoga. She travels a lot with her company to put on Yoga Retreats in different parts of the world so she can reach as many people as possible.
For Anny’s DGFG Live segment, she showed us some fun and easy yoga poses that are family-friendly. You can catch a glimpse of Anny’s work and take part in one of her yoga teachings on our IGTV or via the link above!
