Taye Kimberly is an operations and community development professional with over a decade of experience in broadcasting, communications, public speaking, nonprofit work, and organizational support. Her career began in television and radio, where she developed strong skills in communication, relationship building, coordination, and working with diverse audiences. Over the years, her passion for people and purposeful work led her into the nonprofit and community space, where she has supported individuals through life transitions, career uncertainty, personal challenges, and personal growth while helping develop programs and systems that strengthen communities.
Taye currently serves as Director of Growth & Support at The Thriving Circle Community, NGO, where she supports individuals navigating challenges such as addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, career transitions, and other significant life changes through structured support, follow-up, and compassionate guidance. She also volunteers as a Programs Coordinator with Modern Lenses Children (Nonprofit), supporting programs designed to create safe, engaging, and developmental experiences for children, including children with special needs. Through these experiences, Taye has worked with both individuals and families, bringing empathy, active listening, emotional intelligence, and a strong commitment to creating supportive environments where people can feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Beyond her direct support work, Taye is passionate about building effective systems, coordinating people and programs, improving organizational processes, and creating opportunities that positively impact communities. She has facilitated personal development and communication programs for more than 100 women, delivered clarity and career sessions for young professionals, and contributed to community conversations through speaking engagements and written work. As a certified counselor and trained peer-support professional, she brings together her experience in operations, communications, nonprofit programs, and community support to bridge the gap between people, processes, and purpose - helping organizations become more organized, more impactful, and better equipped to grow.
