Miguel Delos Santos is a communications professional with a broadcasting background and more than a decade of experience in learning and development, leadership, and operations. As a Training Manager, he led more than 25 trainers and supported 75 new hire classes, managing onboarding programs and creating learning materials that helped teams start strong and work well together.
As Operations Manager at The Little Lighthouse Foundation, Miguel coordinates programs and the people behind them, strengthens internal processes, and ensures the Foundation can reliably deliver for the children and families it serves. Outside of work, Miguel is an actor, director, and acting workshop facilitator with Tanghalang Batingaw, a theater group in Manila, and he hosts corporate and community events. These creative pursuits have taught him how much encouragement and play can boost a person’s confidence.
Miguel’s commitment to young people comes from his own story. He began working early to help fund his education and knows how much a little support and opportunity can mean. He is proud to bring both his operational skills and that perspective to the Foundation’s mission of improving the lives of underserved children.
