This Wednesday for Mindful Hour presented by LaCroix Sparkling Water, we were joined by Barron Rae. Barron is a yoga instructor, the founder of her own non-profit organization, a blogger, vlogger, pre-k teacher, and she is also 8 months pregnant!

Barron is the founder of Rae of Hope, Inc., a non-profit that she founded in 2015. In August of that year, Rae of Hope, Inc. became a 501(c)(3) organization. According to their website, the mission of the organization is to empower today’s at-risk youth to make life choices that positively impact their future. They also strive to provide support and encourage those in need of confidence, hope, and a helping hand.

Rae of Hope, Inc. has done plenty of work with different communities to give back. One event that they did was called Hoodies for Homeless and they teamed up with a local homeless shelter in the Atlanta area to deliver 800 hoodies to the shelter. They also have worked with the Ronald McDonald House to provide meals for families at the hospital. In addition to that, they also served a community-wide Thanksgiving meal in Dadeville, Alabama.

For Barron’s segment on #DGFGLive, she guided us through some simple yoga poses that are friendly for the whole family! Barron is a pre-k teacher, so she understands how short a child’s attention span can be. Visit the link included above our visit our Instagram account @LLFoundation to see all of her poses.

Make sure to tune in for more segments, Monday and Wednesday @LLFoundation at 3 pm EST!
