This Week DGFG live Fit Club was instructed by Miss Global USA 2022, Sara Burd. Sara is one of LLF’s awesome supporters and volunteers. When she’s not impacting the world with grace and kindness. This Florida native enjoys tennis,swimming,surfing,and being a lovable dog owner.
Sara gave us a fun 20 minute workout!
Workout Plan:
Warm up
10 jumping jacks
5 lunges each leg
10 mountain climbers
X2
Block 1
3 rounds
Close foot squat x10
Regular squat x10
Sumo squat x10
Side lunges 6×3
Donkey kicks 15×3
Plank shoulder two rotations 10 per side
Block 2
Tricep dips 10×3
Superman’s (lying on stomach) 10×3
20 crunches
20 boat crunches
10 leg raises
