For the #DGFG Live Fit Club workout of the week presented by LaCroix we had TLC’S Welcome to Plathville Micah Plath joined by his sister Moriah Plath.
Micah is the second-oldest son of Kim and Barry Plath, as well as a star in TLC’S Welcome to Plathville. Welcome to Plathville follows the lives of Barry and Kim Plath, along with the lives of their nine children — Ethan, Hosanna, Micah, Moriah, Lydia, Isaac, Amber, Cassia, and Mercy. With the exception of Ethan and Hosanna, who both live elsewhere with their spouses, the Plath parents and their children live on a farm in rural Georgia, where their kids are largely sheltered from the outside world. “We’ve structured our lifestyle here so that we can retreat to our piece of heaven on earth,” Barry Plath revealed on the show’s premiere episode (via People).
Micah has made the decision to leave the farm and try his luck on his own. He is embracing his newfound freedom as he pursues his modeling career with Select Models. Micah is open and forthcoming about his former and current lifestyle. TLC fans have grown to appreciate his authenticity and spirit. Viewers are enjoying watching the older children explore new paths, after a predominantly sheltered upbringing.
