Holiday Toy Drive & Distribution

Every year, throughout November & December, the Little Lighthouse Foundation collects toys for the underserved youth in our community. LLF is always looking for new corporate partners and providing your space for a Toy Drop-off location is the easiest way to help us give back this holiday season! Boxes can be picked up at one of several pick-up locations and drop off location will be disclosed to all Toy Drive partners.

Last year, toy drop off locations were set up at over 100 locations! 2016 Toy Drive partners included: Apple, Starbucks, Sprint, and One Sotheby’s, collecting a total of 2,500 toys.

If you would like to join us this year in spreading holiday cheer to our local communities, please contact our Program Coordinator, Priscilla Roman.

The Little Lighthouse Foundation will be hosting its 8th Annual Toy Distribution December 16th, 2017. Last year, over 150 volunteers attended and more than 3,000 presents were distributed to over 800 children and their families. This is an opportunity for companies to help us bring children and families from the community together for an unforgettable day. There are many ways in which you or your business can help us give back, such as sponsoring food & nonalcoholic beverage, monetary donations or by volunteering for the event itself.

Last year’s event was such a success that LLF was able to equip children’s playrooms at the Lotus House, Chapman Partnership for the Homeless (Miami) and Chapman Partnership for the Homeless (Homestead) with hundreds of toys that will be enjoyed by children for years to come. We are hoping that this year, with the help of our volunteers and sponsors, we are able to spread joy to even more families than last year and be able to make this celebration even more magical.
